Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and super clean, smelld fresh, hot water in the bathroom, our room was cleaned although we forgot to request. The reception staff all of them were friendly polite and so helpful. The breakfast was so good. All in all our experience was so good at Turkuaz and we definitely recommend it.

Flexible successful decision making of head receptionist. Easy access parking. Nice breakfast. Clean spacious room.

They helped me park my car, reception was very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious my duaghter enjoyed the second bed in the room. Breakfast was good. Alll the staff are soo good and friendly sorry i forgot the names. Enjoy the city and enjoy the Snow <3

The best location, great service, very good breakfast, clean and very comfortable beds. The perfect location to easily find where to get good restaurants, situation with well-attended parking. The staff always smiles. Always ready to serve.

Very clean close to the Kent maydan and very close to all amenities such as restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and choice.

Staff is extremly kind and attentive, they listen and offer help. The room was big and cleaned every day, we have two young kids and yet the room was always shining after each cleaning. The location is great it is close to the Kent shopping Mal and a taxi can bring you in couple of minutes to most touristic attractions.

Great hotel, fantastic and spacious room. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and located on the 5th floor with a good balcony view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Ali guided us for the tours which was also great. Overall a great hotel.
